Salesforce named Neelie Kroes, 74, a former European Commissioner, to its Board. Kroes is former VP of the European Commission, European Commissioner for Competition, and European Commissioner for Digital Agenda. Kroes is currently Special Envoy for StartupDelta.
Yahoo! Appoints Former Morgan Stanley Exec as Director
Catherine J. Friedman
Yahoo! appointed Catherine J. Friedman to serve as a director of Yahoo. Friedman held numerous positions over a 23-year investment banking career with Morgan Stanley, including Managing Director and Head of West Coast Healthcare and Co-Head of the Biotechnology Practice, where she was strategic and transaction advisor to many of the most important companies in the sector. Friedman is a director of XenoPort, EnteroMedics, GSV Capital, Innoviva (formerly Theravance), and Radius Health.
Semtech Names Ye Jane Li to its Board of Directors
Semtech has appointed Ye Jane Li (Jane Li) as its newest director. Li has been a strategic advisor to Diversis Capital, since 2013. Li was the COO for Huawei Enterprise USA from 2012 to 2015. Before joining Huawei Enterprise USA, she served as GM for Huawei Symantec USA. Li previously served as a board member for Women in Cable TV and Telecommunications.

Tomlin currently serves as chief marketing and distribution officer for CSAA Insurance Group.
